8 VULNERABLE POINTS OF HUMAN BODY TO SAVE YOURSELF FROM SEX OFFENDERS.

Imagine you were attacked, you and your life were threatened and you need to save yourself.  The human body is full of wonders, giving us many opportunities to fight back and also makes us vulnerable. There are many pressure points or you can say vulnerable points that you can use as your shield to fight back in case of an attack. The first and foremost thing is to aim at the most vulnerable parts of the body, especially if you aren’t engaged in any practice of self-defense moves. 



  • Poke those Eyes - Well, a truth, if an attacker can’t see you, you will be much harder to grab. Poke or jab in the eyes to distract the attacker that will cause so much pain to him giving you enough time to run away from there. 
  • Break that Nose - It is the most sensitive area that has many nerves. Palm strike the attacker’s nose and you’ll able to win some time to escape from there. 
  • Punches in the Ears - When the only body part you can reach of an attacker is ears, don’t hold back. Show them the power of a hard punch. A human ear has many nerves and if the punch is hard enough you can also tear its eardrum giving you time to escape. 
  • Kick the Knees - Knees only bend one way and they are highly sensitive to pain. You can strike an attacker in the knees is a good strategy. A short kick in the kneecap can shock the perpetrators. 
  • Punch to the Throat - Punching your opponent right in the throat will disorient them and it will take long for them to return to their senses that can save you from a sex offender. 
  • Crush the Ankles - Ankles are so fragile and sensitive to pain, you can easily slam an attacker with your foot or kick it hard. 
  • Kick the Groin - It is probably one of the most popular targets in self-defense. Just a kick in the groin will do the thing and doesn't need much explaining. 
  • Punch in the Chest - There is a bundle of nerves situated right behind your stomach. If you manage to punch the attacker correctly, it will knock them out. Remember, to move all your body forward to make this effective. 


Attacks are very much unpredictable and happen quickly, the ability to stand up for yourself is the need of the hour for every person. But always remember, there are fragile points that aren't protected by any bone so always keep in mind that these might cause some serious damage to the attacker.
